The floor, really?

Why does Kailee suddenly think it's the funniest and greatest thing to eat the floor? I mean flat on her face, mouth wide open trying to bite or lick the carpet. It's gross and I'm trying to put a book between her & it, but she's fast. So why? I don't know. Maybe she'll tell me one day.
